Century Business Products visited with Dakota Vision to determine our current expenses associated with an aging printer fleet. Our business printing was being done on two HP 2055 printers and a HP 2605 color printer. Century performed a 30-day study and it was determined our expense with our current products was approximately $231.00 per month, that was for supplies only.

This information was very helpful with our decision to replace our current products with a new multi-functional machine with increased speeds. We were able to streamline our business process with the scanning and network faxing features included with the products, this new technology has helped our business become more efficient. We decided to replace the printers as well and were able to stay within the expenses we had been paying with our older equipment.
