2024 Kick-Off Meeting Launches a Productive Start of the Year

Every new year brings new challenges and new opportunities. To overcome the former and capitalize on the latter, Century Business Products brings all Solutions Analysts together to provide continual education on the products and services we provide, maximizing their effectiveness for you. Our analysts from Iowa, Nebraska, and South Dakota came together for informational presentations, round-table discussions, and new product engagement. 
 
As a constantly growing reseller of Kyocera, the 7th largest reseller in the country, Century Business Products focuses on doing what is best for the customer. In order to know what’s best, our employees must be consistently trained and informed of all updates and options available.

Along with all our Solutions Analysts, the following joined the 2024 kick-off meeting:

We were also joined by two members of Kyocera: 

  • Kenith Muse, Central Regional Service Director for Kyocera
  • Roger Rinkenbaugh, Central Regional Director of Sales for Kyocera 

 
Presentations were given by Gerdes, Smith, Olson, Doeden, Jergenson, Ruhland, and Rickenbaugh. Every informative lecture gave our staff a chance to ask questions and to learn about the products Century and Catalyst sell at a deeper level than they might have before the meeting. Continual learning is a crucial aspect in the field of business technology—as technology adapts, so must we. By bringing our team together to discuss what worked and what didn’t in 2023, we put ourselves in a better position to help you.
