What hours is Catalyst available?
We are available 24/7/365.
Our regular office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
However, we are on-call 24/7/365. Your critical needs will never go unanswered. If you had an IT emergency at 2:30 a.m. on December 25th, Catalyst would be ready to respond.
I already have a firewall and antivirus security, why do I need additional security?

If a problem arises, how does Catalyst IT handle it?
We are available via phone, email, and portal. If it’s an urgent matter, pick up the phone and you’ll speak directly to a technician.
Catalyst will know if there is a problem before it becomes an issue. Depending on the severity of the problem, it will be assigned to the next available IT Specialist. If the problem is deemed urgent, it will be escalated to our IT Architect or IT Director and addressed with speed.
What are the differences between IT Management and Break-Fix models?
Break-Fix is an IT model in a client is charged only when something is wrong or broken. They are entirely reactive. Your business is waiting for something to go wrong.
