Commitment to Service

The service technicians of Century Business Products are continually working on their technical skills, whether being sent to the manufacturer, utilizing on-line refresher classes or the manufacturer comes in to do advanced hands on training.

This week Kyocera’s regional trainer was at Century Business Products providing advanced training on the newly released product line. Technicians from Rapid City, Brookings, Sioux City and Sioux Falls were in attendance.

This commitment to training by Century has produced three “Top Technicians in the Nation” award from Kyocera and top five finishers every year but one since 2009. Current product reliability based on average uptime is 99% and Service efficiency rating for product fixed correctly first time is 83%, industry benchmark is 80%.
