Century Business provides us with all of our copiers and print needs around here. We have four machines in the building at the moment plus a folding machine. As a school, uptime for us is a huge thing for our copiers. When one goes down, teachers are not happy and they’ve got a lot of copies to print. Our machines go all day long for many different things. Century knows how important that copier is to have up and running. So, we make that call, we talk to the local office, they send out a local tech, and they’re out here the same day usually, and they get us back up and going. It’s just been awesome.

We still have our local number that we call. We know all of our local techs that we’ve known for years. Mike and Greg are awesome. You guys go above and beyond for a lot of what we need. We recently ran out of toner and the local office didn’t have any. I know one of the techs drove a couple hours to another office to grab us a brand new box from a different office and brought it back to us the same day. You can’t get that anywhere else. If you’re looking at new copiers or trying to get a replacement, Century was awesome to work with.
