The Alliance
Catalyst has made my life basically easy. We were in a situation when we acquired this property that it came with computers, iPads, tablets, production set up. We’ve got miles of the Ethernet cable, and we didn’t know exactly what we had. We just needed to figure it out. And we needed a partner and ally to help us figure out what we had and how to keep it functioning. We had up to 80 PCs and laptops on the property. We’ve got camera systems, we got point of sales. Our Wi-Fi network wasn’t secure. My staff was getting drug into the IT world. Instead of taking care of our guests and providing the services that we provide, they were going down the rabbit hole of where they shouldn’t be.
Now, with Catalyst, we hand it off to Catalyst and let them handle that stuff so my people can do what they need to do and create that experience that we need to create. Catalyst gave us mouse pads that just have on there how to get ahold of you guys. So everybody’s using your mouse pads and it’s just a quick email help@catalyst. The email goes to the office, I get a response back, “a ticket’s been created.” I’ve never had a ticket or situation go unresolved.
