We have a wide format printer for our plans. And then we also have a regular, standard printer/copier. I just call the 800 number and I don’t ever have to wait more than a day. I understand that there’s other people, but we don’t ever hardly have to wait a day.

I’ve never had a real long lag time in any printer issues at all. The customer service and the relationship that we’ve formed with Century Business in the past 14 years… We feel like their only customer. So when you feel like that, you want other people to have that service.
