In February of 2011 Century Business Products visited with Dakota Vision to determine our current expenses associated with an aging printer fleet. Our business printing was being done on two HP 2055 printers and a HP 2605 color printer. Century performed a 30-day study and it was determined our expense with our current products was approximately $231.00 per month, that was for supplies only.

This information was very helpful with our decision to replace our current products with a new multi-functional machine with increased speeds. We were able to streamline our business process with the scanning and network faxing features included with the products, this new technology has helped our business become more efficient. We decided to replace the printers as well and were able to stay within the expenses we had been paying with our older equipment. The products provided by Century are covered completely by a maintenance contract to include the service and toner on all products. There are no worries or hassles; one call to Century does it all.

My chiropractic office has been a long-time customer of Century Business Products. Recently, I expanded my personal business ventures with four new companies: Wonders of Water, Wonders of Magnetism, Health Quest, and World of Horses and Trainers (WOHAT). These new businesses utilize color brochures to market their products. I was currently printing our brochures at Staples (high quality but at a price of $1.18 per page) or on an Epson printer at my office (cheaper cost but lower print quality). I needed an affordable color copier and was hopeful that I could find one with a low initial investment cost.

Century proposed a used Kyocera TaskAlfa 250ci with a low number of copies. The used machine meets my needs, I am very happy with the color quality and my lease payment is extremely affordable. The USB print feature is convenient and I am looking forward to storing my files on the hard disk drive to utilize the print-on-demand feature. I now have high quality brochures at a very low cost per copy, and am happy with my continued relationship with Century. I also added a maintenance contract on my machine; it was extremely affordable and am glad that Century will work with me to keep my machine running like new for many years to come.
